Hi Weasyl folks! by sugarpoultry

I promise I'm not dead, haha! I kept forgetting that I had a Weasyl account. I actually lost my password and had trouble getting it back for a long while, but yay its back. :D

A lot has changed since the last time I posted here. My focus of art has moved slightly away from anthro/werewolf art to more fantasy/pop-culture/fan art focused. It's been a new passion of mine the past 5 months or so. It makes me happy and I love doing more portraits and illustrations of my favorite movies/tv and fantasy creatures!

I'll do my best to upload here. deviantART is still my main social art site, so if you have an account there, be sure to follow me, I'm far more active there.

      Really? I have a really hard time browsing on here. :\ I don't even bother faving stuff, unless its an artist exclusive to here.

        Faving itself on dA is pretty cool. But browsing through a gallery with lots of images is really annoying :( Also the watermark-function and low-resolution crap and missing download-buttons on many things kind of ruin the site.

        Well, of course that's highly subjective.

          Well artists control the watermarks and whether an image can be downloaded. That's not really dA's fault. ;) I agree that its a lot of digging through galleries, but they also have an easier way to narrow it down with very specific categories. I always find exactly what I search for.

    To be honest, there are a butt-load of anthro/werewolf artists, it's nice to see you found another love then just that and from what I've seen so far, it's amazing work =)

    I actually like it here a lot more, a bit more quiet and stuff haha ;P

      Yah I got tired of drawing anthros and weres. Having love in fandoms like Doctor Who and all that really brought out my passion for portrait drawing, something I really wanted to buildup. It just made it so much easier!

      I still prefer dA, but Weasyl is a nice site. :)
