These dates are extremely tentative and subject to change without notice (and will depend largely on how soon we can get the cover art done), but here's what I just talked about with Teiran.

The Novel Formerly known as "Lady of Foxgold" is tentatively planned for release at RainFurrest, which is a con I might be able to make it to since it's not far from me at all. Also, since I can't remember for the life of me what I said about announcing the title, I'll go ahead and say that it will now be called "Escape From St. Arned."

"The Linen Butterfly" (formerly called "Genetta") is tentatively planned for release at Further Confusion, which is also a con I can probably make it to if I have a legitimate reason like a book release. Actually, if I have a chance to release another book there I wouldn't miss it for the world.

Also, I would like to announce that "Escape from St. Arned" will be presented in a more or less explicit version. For one thing, that's what I offered Furplanet in the first place and that's what they want; for another, it matches well with the first book, "Basecraft Cirrostratus," which is also explicit. "The Linen Butterfly," meanwhile, will barely break a PG-13 if even a PG (mostly for violence and language) which will put it more or less in line with "The Goldenlea" which I consider to be a hard PG-13.

Once I'm done with these essays for my art history classes, I'm going to do some final polishing work on "Escape from St. Arned" and submit a final draft. For those doing the Beta read on "The Linen Butterfly," I need you to get back to me no later than the end of April so I have plenty of time to fix it if something doesn't work story-wise.

This news is the kind of excitement I've needed for a while. I love seeing my books in print; every time I hold a copy of a book I wrote in my hands, it's a rare sort of pride that few things can compare to.
