Oh so you can track tagging now too? by stokerbramwell
Apparently another update that Weasyl has added is the ability to track when somebody adds a tag to one of your submissions as well as the ability to see who has done it! I could definitely see that coming in pretty handy.
For the record, if anybody sees me adding the tags "blush," "embarrassed," or anything like that to any of your uploads, it's because I'm trying to keep track of them for whenever groups go live here, so I can bring my silly fetishy FA group ENF to Weasyl at the first opportunity.
Good job, Weasyl devs! Good job. :D

Are the tags that are added by the Artist seperate from the ones added by my hopefully adoring fans? I wouldn't mind it so much as I may work out my own list of tags in the near future, and I don't want to confuse myself.

I think they all mingle promiscuously, but the artist can tell the difference and can remove the ones they don't want? To be honest I'm not entirely sure how all of the details work.

Also where did you hear about this feature? See if it is supposed to be working right now. Because if it is, we better report that it's not.

So unlike fa, it appears if your comments have been commented upon, you can not hide them. So it appears.

And last, It seems comments on my own journals or art I can delete if they are mine or not, regardless of if they are in a comment chain. Rather, the link is there as an option, but I could not test it as I do not want to delete any current comments that exist. I would have put this on your other journal about being able to hide comments, but we've seemed to have turned this tread into SCIENCE

Looks like you're right, they'll only notify you if the tags are changed on submissions, and it doesn't look like you can see who added what. Funny, that...

So I noticed today that tags on submissions show up colored. Some of mine are green, and some on a friends image are pink. Possibly the green one are those I am able to edit and the pink are those I can not? Do my tags on this appear pink or green to you? https://www.weasyl.com/submission/541015/energon-potion

They appear pink to me, and the one I just added is white.

I assume then that pink are someone elses'/ones you can not change perhaps, green are your own, and those you add yourself are white. Your "test_tag_by_stoker" appears also white to me.

*those you add yourself to someone elses' submission are white I assume. As well as those they add to yours. This is good. This shows people that the tag was not intended by the original artist. This is brilliant actually.

I hope Weasyl keeps rolling out these clever features. I have been told there's some REALLY cool stuff coming, but unfortunately there's not really a time table for it yet.

It's awesome that they added the feature to track who added what tags to your stuff, but I am dumb and do not know where one goes to view said tracking. :D
