I don't have a word docu type thing, but I know alot of people use another program for organizing commissions? How/what do you use to organize your stuff?

Spreadsheets are best. Whether or not you have/want Microsoft Excel, you can use Google Drive to make spreadsheets. They also have the benefit of being able to share publicly. (Right click on the file in the Google Drive web interface and choose "share.")

I use Trello to keep track of my queue, and I try to organize/schedule commissions with a Task Coach program.
