I'd like to say hello to everyone on Weasyl and hopefully get to know the site better while I'm here. What I'll initially do is upload my current characters that I have to the character section of this account. I'm really pleased to see such a way of organization on this site and hope to utilize it fully and accordingly.

I know I've read some journals regarding this and I feel I should also add my own thoughts on the subject of the "Friends" option on Weasyl. While I do communicate with number of people online and also from other sites. I would like to clarify that I will friend anyone that I know in real life, (unless they give me just cause to do otherwise). I will friend those that I also communicate with regularly on a case-by-case basis. I simply cannot 'friend' everyone, especially without truly knowing them. It just doesn't make much sense to do so. Note, that there will be many people I may 'communicate' with, but may not friend. Again, this is only because that relationship to being a friend hasn't been established yet.

In truth, these things aren't as simple as clicking a button or toggle on a site or chat application. Sometimes people hit things off immediately while in other cases it may take time or never happen at all. This doesn't mean that I dislike anyone if I don't friend them. So by all means, don't feel awful if I do not accept a friendship just out of the blue or even after months. I do hope you will understand. There are people that even I have spoken to for years that I'm only an acquaintance with and not a friend.

Anyway, thank you for taking the time to read this and hopefully we can enjoy this site together for some time to come. <3
