what you need to do is go to this website http://www.atlauncher.com/downloads/

you download that then once you finished, you find the pack

its gunna askyou about other mods to install inside the pack you'll want to click on the extra
'waila, optifine, zans minimap' (and any other side mod you want)

there will be times when downloading it'll open a bowser, look to the top right side of the wbepage and skip the advertisement to get the file if you need to. it'll do this 3-4 times

you put the download in the open file it made you open for the mod pack.

On side note if it lags alot for you go into options and fix your video settings in the game it'll make the game run so much smoother for you (also log out and close the minecraft before reopening it'll set it in stone after)
