I wonder if anyone can help me here?

I keep getting this strange crash with various flash related programs such as .swfs, youtube and other affiliated programs on my computer. It all seems related to my version of flash. I was wondering if anyone has this or knows how to resolve it?

I can reload the flash simply by restarting my computer. But this becomes annoying. I'd like too see about fixing it asap.
