          Some do, some don't, I think. Apple supports it at an OS level so pretty much every browser does (though I just checked and Chrome somehow manages to botch it up, GOOD JOB GOOGLE), and there seem to be plugins for firefox and chrome to remedy this lack.

          It might also be possible that Weasyl is not doing something to show the emoji in an excruciatingly correct way, and Safari and FF/Mac are cutting it some slack, and Chrome/Mac and whatever browser you're using are just being anal, I dunno...
