Whew, that's my first week down at the new job! I'm officially a Human Resources Coordinator for one of our national communications companies (cable, internet, & phone). Definitely more of a corporate company than where I was before! Kinda intimidating but kinda thrilling at the same time!

Kinda feel like a legit business woman! Or I will once I'm nice and settled and I have a good feel for my job and how to work with my colleagues.

It's a lot to take in, but I'm starting to feel less overwhelmed now that I've started to get a feel for some of the tasks I'll be working on.

My brain and body feel a little tired as a result though. It's a good tired.

However, now that the busy week at work is done, it's time to start a busy weekend on art!

I'm going to be working on sketches this weekend, for both badges and WING-IT commissions. I'm hoping if I can get everything down on paper this weekend and maybe some preliminary inks completed I'll be in good shape!

I've got a personal project I'm hoping to have complete for Texas Furry Fiesta as well, so I'm hoping I can effectively juggle my commission work and work on that in the next two weeks.

Speaking of Texas Furry Fiesta, I have confirmed that I WILL be able to attend as I planned!

So, I'll arrive for TFF14 on Thursday evening, probably around 7pm, and I'll stay through Sunday before heading home sometime Sunday mid-day or afternoon.

Finally, to those who may be tossing the idea around, I'll be closing for badge orders for TFF14 on Sunday (February 9th). I have two (2) slots left, and once they either fill or we get to Sunday they'll be closed.
