Does the poster have to add me to the submission's user list thing, or is there a way I can do it? Maybe I'm just illiterate.

Yeah, you have to ask them to add you to the list. I guess it's so people don't claim art not for them.

It's kind of annoying, especially when waiting for someone to upload a picture then having to wait for them to send you the Collection tag. I've had one person who couldn't figure out how to make it work. XP
