To order, please send me a note labeled: "COMMISSION REQUEST" and include the following information in the message body (if requesting multiple characters, please fill in 1 sheet for each character):

Terms of Service

Will NOT draw: Excessive gore, pornography and fetish art.

1. I reserve the right to decline any commission request without question.

2. I reserve the right to include any commission in my portfolio.

3. I reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased).

Once a piece is commissioned, you may use it for any personal use that you please, including but not limited to PERSONAL icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes and personal site display. You may not however claim the work to be your own or set it up for redistribution. I continue to reserve the rights to the artwork, you may not use it for any external projects (commercial or non-commercial). If you are looking for something to redistribute, use for your game, represent your comic, use as an ad banner, sell or show at conventions etc., speak to me.

If you are not sure whether your request counts as personal or otherwise, feel free to ask me about its intended use.

4. I reserve the right to display commissioned pieces on my website(s) or DeviantART/FurAffinity/Tumblr gallery (if an original character of yours has been requested, credit to you will be noted accordingly). If you do not want your commission displayed for whatever reason, please speak to me so I know not to post it.

5. I reserve the right to adjust pricing on a requested piece accordingly.

6. I reserve the rights to all redesigns of characters within commissions, including redesigned/adapted outfits, hairstyles, etc (basically anything that you did not create or include in your original reference images). I am not being paid to re-design or beef up your character for you, if you wish to own the rights to use the re-design or adaptation, feel free to speak to me.

Exception: If you have paid for me to design a costume/look for your character, you may use it for your character for non-commercial purposes.

7. I will not begin the piece until I have received payment. Once I have received payment, I will continue to update you on the production of the piece. All pieces are begun and finished in the order that I receive payment. I will only accept so many commissions at once. If you have ordered a large commission and wish to pay with a payment plan, it can be discussed.

8. Please be sure to include all the necessary info in your descriptions, there are no revisions on chibis and you get only two on Speed paints! As much as I would like to be, I am not a mind reader.

9. All commissions are non refundable.

10. You may upload your commission to your FA Gallery provided proper links and credit are given.
