So before anyone yells at me about the rules on raffles just read and hear me out.

I have two Ideas for raffles.

NOTE: THIS RAFFLE IS NOT OPEN NOW.
THIS JOURNAL IS PUT UP ON ALL MY ART SITES. WHICH EVER SITE GETS THE MOST POSITIVE COMMENTS (MEANING PEOPLE WILL ACTUALLY PARTICIPATE IN IT) WILL BE THE FIRST THAT WILL GET THE RAFFLES.
MY TOS WILL STILL APPLY TO ALL RAFFLES SO PLEASE READ THEM BEFORE PARTICIPATING.

My first raffle will be a FREE.

Anyone can join and everyone will get a number. I will then use a random generator to select the winners.
There will be 3 winners.
First place winner will get a fully shaded picture with up to 3 characters.
Second place winner will get a solo pinup (fully shaded and colored) of a character of their choice.
Third place winner will get a sketch of up to two characters of their choice. It can be either flat colored, or single shade colored with shadows.

The Second will be a "Everyone is a winner" raffle.
There will be a price of $5 per slot and a limit of 20-30 slots available.
Again a random number generator will be used to choose the "winners"
3 people will get the prize of a fully shaded picture with up to 3 characters
2 People will get the prize of a fully shaded solo pinup of a character of their choice.
Everyone else will get a sketch of up to two characters of their choice.
Everyone will get what they have paid for (or more). So I don't know if that still counts as "gambling" in the sense that you don't lose money betting with the chance that you might lose money and get nothing back.

If it is ruled that the "everybody is a winner" raffle is not allowed here than I will not hold it here but I will still hold the Free raffles.
