a feeder IRL, I'd stuff my feedee till they were uncomfortable, then paint them in their uncomfortable state in nothing but their undies.

I'd use watercolors with ink... showing their faces all flush as they lay sprawled out on the couch, or sitting in bed clutching their overstuffed gut.

and I'd paint them eating... and struggling to get up... and looking worried in front of the mirror at their immense body.

oh yes, they would eat, and I would paint them.
