Fur the 'More is just over a month away in Baltimore, and prep work is well underway. One of the panels, the Chimera Challenge, is back by popular demand for the second year of the convention. This workshop is a speed challenge to build a fursuit in three hours or less, to be judged at a later point. No time for carving, sewing, or airbrushing - Staplers and glueguns are fair game in this race. This is a family-friendly team game and last year we had several teams of children and adult participate.
For this workshop, we'r calling on fursuit makers to send us their scraps. Not just fur, but foam, or anything you might have bought by accident. That janky fur from Jo-ann Fabrics? I'll take it! The plastic canvas you thought would be a good idea to make a head out of? Gimme!
They can be brought to the convention, or send me a message to see about getting the supplies beforehand. If you're local, we can meet up at Furbowl or another meet!
Let me know what you've got!
