This meme has been around for a while (particularly on FA), so for my first journal entry on Weasyl, I'll write in more detail about my fursona. ^^

What made you choose the species of your main fursona?

-I have admired deer for what they are for ages, and during all this time, I began to develop quite a connection with them, that I wanted to try expressing it by creating a deer character, and so Renton was born.

Is your fursona just like you, or how you want to be?

-Very much so. He's generally me in anthro deer form. :)

Does your fursona have the same personality you have?

-Yes.

Does your fursona have the same dislikes and likes as you do?

-Yes.

Does your fursona look like you at all?

-He is pretty close to what I generally look like in real life, including appearing a lot younger than he really is, having a thin but slender body frame and having wide blue eyes.

Is your fursona the same sex as you? If not, why?

-Yes.

Do you have more than one main fursona?

-No. I have thought about creating a raccoon character, but that hasn't gone into full development yet.

Do you have a back story for your fursona? If so, does it have anything to do with your own history?

-I had been contemplating on some kind of back story for him that has nothing to do with my own history, and the one I could think of that would work best for him is this: Renton was abandoned in a forest as a newborn fawn one rainy night, and a deer couple found him and raised him until he grew up into adulthood and decided to explore and travel the world on his own.

Is your fursona mated? If so, is it to your real life significant other?

-No.

If not, are they looking for a mate, or are they a swinger so to speak?

-Neither. At the moment, he is quite content at remaining single (though that doesn't mean he isn't open to having fun with others :P). :)

Is there something special about your fursona that you think sets them apart form others?

-One physical trait that makes him more distinctive from other deer fursonas is the dark brown patch over his left eye, which is very much like what one may see on some breeds of dogs.

Do you have much art of your main fursona/s?

-Yes, I do. My most recent submissions feature my character. :)

Would you ever consider parting with your main fursona? If so, why?

-No, because I see no reason to part with an original character I created on my own.

If you suit, do you have a suit of your main fursona?

-I plan to have a suit made later this year. ^^

Have you ever roleplayed with your main fursona, or do you prefer not to?

-Once in a while, I have through online roleplaying.

Do you consider your main fursona to be a part of you in any way?

-Yes. As I've said before, he's pretty much like me in real life, sort of an alter ego. :)
