TERMS OF SERVICE

• I have the right to turn down a commission if I feel the need to do so.
• I will only work with people who respect me and my work and has a general understanding of what I do as an artist. Please look through my gallery before commissioning me.
• I have the right to take whatever time is necessary to complete a piece. I will keep the customer updated on progress and things going on at my end frequently.
• I will NOT accept disrespectful customers, impoliteness, or harassment of any kind.
• I have the right to keep the physical aspect of a piece unless otherwise requested.
• I have the right to use your piece for any personal endeavor on my end such as selling prints, exhibiting, etc.
• As said, please allow me to take my time with commissions and your work. I expect clear communication and respect.
• As far as refs go, please have suitable illustrations at hand and concise descriptions.
• My work will be a surrealist interpretation of your character(s), if you are expecting run-of-the-mill porn or character portraiture or something, I suggest you look elsewhere.
• Refunds are based on my grounds only, if you politely ask for one and I have the finances, I may do so, but more often times than not, I need every penny I can get. Sorry.
