It might not look like it, or it might have seemed very furtively apparent to you, if at all, but I'm an artist whose majority of shown pictures consist in requests that people have asked me in my facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/vander.corkman) Most of which, in turn, are from people who can't afford a commission from any better-known artist here or elsewhere and people who can't draw to save their lives.

I began to accept requests from my friends in facebook in an attempt to impress people, practice more, get a little more noticed, and ultimately help them by bestowing them with at least one picture of their fursona, because I've been there; I know what it's like to have a great idea for a character, but be unable to depict it properly, which is the whole reason I started drawing in the first place after I realized I had a little skill in it.

However, in recent times have I noticed that the ammount of requests I have accepted have left me increasingly with less and less time and energy to focus on my own art, so from now on and for an unknown period of time, I will stop taking requests and will focus more on my own arts.
