Character bios as a substitute for writing by Megan Bryar
Sometimes, I'm in the mood to write, but not in the mood to work on a full out story. So I write character bios instead. Does anybody else do anything like that?
Is that just a pathetic excuse?

I've never felt like writing bios. Just some little stories occasionally to go with new pictures. =p

Yeah, I like to write bios for my characters, especially all the adoptables I buy. It helps me think about what I want to do with them, and how I can incorporate them into my stories. I usually try to write the bio to give the back-story of a character up to the point where they would be inserted into one of my stories.

I do it too! I dunno, I find it rather fun in its own way too. Plus it can be a nice foundation for any further writing I feel.
