[[Terms of Service]]

By commissioning me, you agree to abide by all of the terms set in this document.

*Be as concise as possible when describing what you want in your commission, and be sure to provide as many references as you deem necessary.

*Commissioners are entitled to all services I have to offer as a freelance artist; such services include but are not limited to:
--unlimited business-related communication
--status checks on your commission
--the option to watch and assist the process of your piece from concept to completion via livestream

*If you do opt to give me free reign with your character, you agree to having no say in the subject of your commission. Any disappointment resulting from the subject matter of a free-reign commission is the responsibility of the commissioner, not me.

*failure to provide any necessary visual references subjects the commissioner to a 25% service charge.

*All payments must be made AFTER the completion of the project. Prices listed are the bare minimum I can charge for all associated services, and any extra (and much-appreciated) tips based on the product and service provided may be assessed more easily.

*Payments received also serve as a confirmation of customer satisfaction. As such, all commissions are nonrefundable.

*A 10-day grace period is provided to all commissioners who fail to make payments upon receipt. Extensions may be provided, but failure to compromise will have the following consequences:
--All rights of the customer to the product are revoked; meaning, it may be changed and resold as I see fit.
--Continuing to claim your lost piece as your own is art theft. If I have evidence beyond reasonable doubt that you are guilty of this, I am not afraid make PSAs against you, and revoke all privileges of communication or future services with me.

*As I don't accept payment until completion, I have every right to refuse service if I have to. If there is a lack of co-operation between the customer and I, if the customer is difficult or unreasonable, or if the customer refuses to pay the minimal cost for all services provided with the product, I may deny them.
