I don't really like know enough about them to really even understand what 'believing' in them entails, but I sometimes tease my very cute taurus friend about the fact our star signs are romantically compatible ;))))

I'm a Rooster & Taurus! I TOTALLY LOVE THESE THINGS AND I DO BELIEVE IN THEM- well for me personally I like the normal zodiac vs the chinese one.

i dont really know enough about the chinese zodiac, but i believe in star signs, to an extent. a lot of people i know mostly fit the way their star sign works and i feel like i fall into mine, even if not 100%
i dont believe in like, daily/monthly horoscopes though, just general personality stuff!

Cancer the crab...and year of the Tiger. I don't know star..........but I do know planet: Uranus. Some of what they say for these suit my personality (I'm emotional, I like to help people, I have artistic talent rather than smarty-talent...), some are just like "Uhhhh...okay..........." laughs

Snake and Leo. I kind of do, not to a religious point, but more so I see my personality traits match rather well with it.

I'm Aquarius, with Cancer rising and a metal horse. I don't take too much stock in astrology, but it can be insightful and I always get a huge kick out of reading yearly horoscopes on new years. Its probably just a bunch of baloney, but I like to view these sorts of things as a way of applying meaning to events you've already noticed but didn't think to apply in a broader way

I was actually thinking about Chinese zodiac the other day and was wondering why everyone of the same year is meant to be the same personality... then it hit me it was probably designed so young wives would match up with much older/younger husbands.

Snake and Virgo. Interesting mix. I think they're fun to read sometimes, but I don't believe in them. I've met many people my age (who should also be snakes) annnd they don't much act their 'sign'. XD So that's that.

Horse and Libra. And I believe it because I think they both describe me pretty well n.n

virgo-libra (im barely at the cusp but i relate to it better than the individual ones so i go w it) and rat ;w;)/ i dont put much stock in it and i wouldnt judge people based on theirs (thats a bit of a peeve of mine, when people do that, paying less attention the the person's actual behaviours than their signs), but i think its pretty neat and a lot of the time it seems more or less accurate :^)c

Oh this is bad considering I both believe and the combination is kinda scary...

I actually don't follow the Chinese zodiac as much as I do the star/western one. I haven't checked my Chinese one in a good while.

Some days the horoscopes are crazy accurate and I think "there must be something to this". Then there's days where I read stuff and say "No, these traits are learned behaviors and that horoscope wasn't accurate at all".

It probably doesn't help that I usually see Scorpio faults pointed out a lot and just don't want to deal with that some days xD.

I read my star zodiac, but only at the end of the day when I'm ready to see how that day related to what the horoscope had to say.

As a Dog I am terrible at saving money (trying to work on that ; v ;'') but I seem to have more to relate to in my Scorpio sign. You can probably know someone well just from reading pages on their zodiac and its scary sometimes.

Aquarian sheep! I'm not up to date on the Chinese signs, but Aquarius seems to fit me pretty well. The daily horoscopes I'm not into though since they never apply to me. xD

I don't actually listen to any of it because for one, they're generally written in very broad terms so more people can identify with it. I mean, yeah, I identify with some of the traits listed under both signs, but then again I don't identify with others. Like, they say Virgos are supposed to be super duper neat freaks. I'm not. And I also identify with some of the traits of other signs as well. So I don't think they're accurate at all, to say the least. =/ I mean, they're fun to look at once in a while though.

Which speaks volumes for my beliefs of them, as well, I imagine -- If you're also interested in the scientific function of how this stuff works, you might want to do a little research on cold reading, and particularly the Forer effect and subconscious/self-referential reading~♥

'Cause it takes into account the positions of ALL the planets at the time of your birth and not just the Sun. I am a dragon and also a Taurus. They make for an interesting person I think but I don't really think I believe in them since all the sources for how each sign is supposed to hold themselves are so varied.

In the Chinese calender, I was born in the year of the Dragon, the month of the Dragon, and the hour of the Dragon....

I didn't know these things until a decade after believing I was a Dragon.

I think I'm required by law to believe in some kind of happening beyond coincidence.

i don't really pay much attention to what's said about them. unless the occasion comes about. now and then. the horoscope for libra tends to connect to me more than the chinese zodiac does.
