Dunno where ya are in the country/world, but we have a grocery store chain down here in Florida called Publix, and a lotta them stock Vanilla Coke regularly, in those big ol' 12-packs that come in boxes. A lotta the gas stations/quickie marts in the Homestead area sell 'em, too, interestingly enough! XD So it may just depend on where you are how common/uncommon it is.
Now what they NEED to friggin' make ... is a non-diet version of the Lime flavor. Because OMG ... some of the newer renovated Burger Kings have Lime Coke on their fountain drink machines and that + Vanilla Coke = most amazing thing of all time. @_@

Interior of British Columbia. We stopped carry Vanilla coke in BC for years now. Its a special "limited" thing when it came back for a bit. I see some small specialty candy shop import it but its pricey.
Only way to really get it is certain convenience stores have a vanilla shot button on their fountain machines but none in my end of the city.

That reminds me of Pepsi Blue, LOL. Can't find that shit ANYWHERE down here anymore (not even as a limited edition), but I hear other states like Georgia and the Carolinas still have it. GOD DAMNIT! XD
