Cook, garden, write lyrics, make art, sit around, go on hikes, give and receive tattoo

What's your job or occupation?
I work at a bird show at a zoo, it's pretty awesome. I also freelance housecleaning and sometimes art.

What do you like about yourself?
I really try to live my life with integrity, and I enjoy helping other people out.

What do you dislike about yourself?
I don't get too depressed anymore, since I finally understand what causes it, but sometimes it can't really be helped. I have a huge problem with the way Western culture is operating, but I haven't been able to extract myself from said culture, so I feel very hypocritical sometimes.

What did your friends notice about you when they first met you?
Wackiness? I was probably either really really quiet and shy, or stupid and drunk. :P

What is your belief/religion if you believe in anything at all?
I guess Animistic would be a good description. Sort of a self-made spirituality based on observing the world around me. I was raised on a weird combination of agnostic, Buddhist ideas, as well as United States Christian holiday observances. This later led to an even weirder mixture of self taught Wiccan/Satanic/Therian/Shamanic stuff. Now I just kinda do my own thang I guess.

What are your major fears?
That the culture I was born into will continue down this reckless path of destruction, and that I will never be able to achieve true self sufficiency and freedom.

Do you have any dreams or goals?
Self sufficiency! Mainly with a tight-knit group of family/friends (they're basically the same thing). If I can provide water, food, and shelter for myself with very little need for green frog-skins (cash), then I'll be a happy camper.

What's your favorite dish?
Pretty much anything that comes from the sea. Miso soup, elk stew, and just about any dish from Taiwan make my tummy happy.

Beer of all sorts, though I'm quite fond of Belgians and coffee porters/stouts. Kombucha, unfiltered apple juice, kava kava, and oolong tea are great too.

That's impossible to answer. :P

If you had a super power, what would it be?
Gotta go with shapeshifting. Telekinesis would be awesome too.

Inland Empire, Eraserhead, El Topo, Dead Man, Videodrome, Princess Mononoke, a bunch more that I can't think of at the moment.

I'll seriously eat just about anything, but I'm severely allergic to milk, so I guess anything with dairy products?

What's the last meal you want before you die?
Hrm, that's a hard one. I feel like the most comforting thing would be something made by my mom, probably potstickers or zhongzi (a sort of rice dumpling wrapped in bamboo leaves)

What do you drive and what would you really like to drive?
I don't own a vehicle and I don't really want to, but I'll probably have to purchase one soon in order to live where I want to live. I'd really be happy if I could just get around with a horse and pack mule. Or camels, camels are pretty cool.

This is a weird question.

What pet peeves do you dislike the most?
When people talk just to fill a space that really should be silent, greed, lack of responsibility.

Too many things, but I try not to dwell on them very often.
