I wanted to toss up a journal on here rather than leave it empty. I was really excited about getting a Weasyl account, but I just have so many submissions on FA that I need to upload over here if I want to make it a complete gallery. It's so much work, I have to think about how I'm going to do it. I really like the layout of Weasyl, the folders, the filters. I just wish it had some sort of mass upload feature, even if it was only 50 uploads at a time or something. Even 20 actually. Just because I have almost 900 pictures uploaded on FA and yeah, a lot of them wouldn't come over. Like my sketches, I only upload that stuff to Tumblr these days because it's easier to do it that way but it's still a LOT of images.

And I don't like the idea of starting new and only posting my most recent stuff. I've always been the type of person that never did the whole gallery purge thing and I've loved sharing my images with people. I could see myself moving here from FA eventually, when it's out of beta and if my clients move over here. So the thought of not having a complete gallery makes me a little sad I guess. I like letting people see everything, good or bad in my opinion, if they're curious about the progress I've made over the years. I guess we'll just see.

Either way, looking forward to seeing where Weasyl goes and I guess I'll start trying to figure out what I'm going to do about the gallery thing.
