I've heard some people being told how to do this, so I figured I'd throw out a little how-to to help out those who haven't done so yet.

In order to see Explicit content (I assume to be penetrative sex, or anything past tasteful nude) you must go into settings and allow it.
I have this feeling some people who would like to see explicit content are not, due to this.

(In upper-right of screen) Settings -> (Preferences) Site Preferences -> Maximum Viewable Content Rating set to Explicit (18+) -> Scroll to the bottom and click Save
