Terms of Use & Service

Payment

• All prices are in USD. All payments must be made in USD.
• Paypal is the only currently accepted form of payment. Payment must be sent as a payment for services with no shipping required.
• You must pay in full up front for any order of 100$ or less. Payment plans for anything more expensive will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis, but will always require at least half up front.
• If payment is not received within 3 days of me accepting your order, you will lose the slot and it will be given to someone else. If you need more time, you must inform me in advance.

Refunds

• You can cancel to get a full refund only if I have not started yet. If you cancel and I have started, you will get a partial refund based on how far along I am.
• I will not issue refunds for completed pieces.

Procedure

• I will only start work once payment has been received and cleared.
• You will be given wips to approve. Minor changes are always acceptable, but major changes (such as a complete pose redo, a new character added, an outfit change, etc.) I will charge for. Any mistakes on my part, that is, things clearly in your reference that I missed, I will fix for free. (No wips for sketch commissions unless you specifically request them!)

Artist Rights

• My commissioning me, you are purchasing my labor only. I retain all rights to the artwork, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, or use the image as I see fit, unless we agree otherwise.
• I will not sell works I create using original characters I do not own in other forms, but I may sell fanart as prints or mechandise.
• I will respect your wishes if you do not want your commission posted in my online galleries, but you must inform me beforehand and not after.
• I reserve the right to reject your commission for any reason I see fit without question.

Commissioner Rights

• You may use the artwork you buy from me in any non-commercial way you see fit, meaning you can use it for icons, layouts, banners, wallpapers, print it to hang on your wall, etc. so long as you are not making profit off of the work.
• You may post your commission wherever you please, but clear credit linked to either my tumblr or weasyl gallery must be given.
• You cannot claim the work to be your own or set it up for redistribution, including but not limited to prints, merchandise, advertisements, or convention display. If you wish for the right to make any commercial use of my work, you will have to contact me to discuss royalty fees.

If you're not sure if your intended use of the work is private or commercial, feel free to ask me.

Other Notes

• All list prices are base prices and reflect the cost of single-character no-background pieces. Characters of a higher detail level (eg extremely complex clothing or markings, armor, fur, etc.) will cost more.
• Slots are never first-come first-served.
• Details you are not up front with in your form may not be included. If you put in an order then add a ton of new information that will affect the final product after we've met an agreement and I've started, I will cancel your slot and you will be refunded in line with the above refund policy.
• If I cannot finish your piece in a timely manner (within 1-3 months) then you will receive a refund in line with the above refund policy.

F.A.Q.

What will you refuse to draw?
Kinks I am uncomfortable with, including but not limited to vore, scat/urine, diapers/babyfur, sexual content involving minors, or inflation/weight gain.

This image is a surprise. Can you hold off on posting it anywhere until x date?
Gladly! Please just let me know ahead of time, as I am prone to posting screenshots of my workload on twitter, and wouldn't want to ruin the surprise that way.

What is your working size?
My canvas defaults to 9x12 inches at 300 dpi, and then I crop as I see fit. If you would like a specific canvas size please let me know ahead of time! Unfortunately, due to my computer's limitations, I won't be able to offer sizes much larger than my default, but you are free to inquire anyways and I'll see what I can do for you.
