By commissioning me, you as the buyer agree to the following:

• The art is copyright to myself.
• Characters are copyright to their respective owners.
• Buyer cannot use work for commercial profit, but can openly share final piece online.
• Artist has the right to refuse.
• Payment via paypal only.
• Progress previews will be given at each stage. Sketch and icon commissions will be given no progress reports.
• Buyers are allowed changes at sketch stage, but anything afterwards has potential to increase fee based on complication.
• Refunds will be given if requested, minus a certain amount based off work already done + any paypal transfer fee.
