What I WON'T draw
♥ Adult artwork/sex/masturbation or sexual gestures. I don't draw it, don't ask me.
♥ Sexual nudity. This includes grabbing genitals, or the character exposing themself in an erotic way.
♥ Hyper characters -muscles, fat, inflation, genitals, etc. Anything that would not appear in natural anatomy.
→This does not include naturally fat characters, characters with extra limbs, or characters with relatively large breasts.
♥ Scat, urine, vomit.
♥ Vehicles/mecha/complex structures. Maybe some day, but not now!
♥ Snuff/murder/suicide.
♥ Extreme fetishes.

What I WILL draw
♥ Non-sexual nudity.
♥ Children/cub/diapers.
♥ Furries, humans, feral, or any other species.
♥ Blood and other minor injuries.

PAYMENT/REFUNDS
♥ Full payment must be issued before I start the image.
♥ I will accept a partial payment, as long as the full payment is recieved within a week.
→If full payment is not received, your commission will be dropped. If you sent a partial, it will be refunded.
♥ If your commission is canceled for whatever reason, you will receive a refund based on rules in the CANCELING section below.
♥ I only accept PayPal.
♥ I will send out an [b]Invoice[/b].
♥ [b]A REFUND WILL NOT BE GIVEN IF THE ARTWORK IS COMPLETE.[/b]

CANCELING
♥ I reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time
→If I decide to cancel your commission, you will recieve a full refund, regardless of the progress I've made.
♥ If you decide to cancel your commission, you will only recieve a full refund if it has yet to be started.

→Otherwise, you will recieve a refund, minus the cost of the work that has already been done.

REGARDING YOU, THE COMMISSIONER
♥ You MAY repost your commission as long as proper credit is given.
♥ You MAY NOT commission characters you do not own without the original owner's consent.
♥ You MAY NOT create copies, prints, or other merchindise with the intent to sell or for profit.
♥ PLEASE LET ME KNOW BEFOREHAND if your commission is private.

REGARDING ME, THE ARTIST
♥ I own all copyrights of the commission. I also reserve the right to copy, reproduce, and reuse the image for self-promotion and sales.
♥ Please do not ask me to recreate an existing image using your character.
→You may ask me to reference a pose, but I will not be tracing/creating an exact representation.
♥ I reserve the right to take as long as I like on a picture (unless a due date is otherwise agreed upon).

→However, I will normally try to finish your commission in under a month.

EDITS AND CHANGES
♥ I will ask if you'd like changes during each step of the commission (sketch, lineart, colors) until it is finished.
♥ If the lineart is finished, I will not accept large changes to your commission. (pose, clothing, props)
♥ You MAY NOT edit or trace the commission yourself.

STREAMING YOUR COMMISSION
♥ I do not make appointments to stream your commission.
♥ I do not stream on a specific schedule. If I just happen to be streaming your commission that day, by all means, come join in!
♥ IF YOU'D LIKE YOUR COMMISSION STREAMED- I do occasional $10 Stream Commissions. This is the only time your commission will be definitely streamed. Please watch for journals/submissions!
