I lied; this entry is not about hummus. I just wanted to show a little activity so that recent followers know this account isn't dead. I work two jobs with the same medical office, so I'm fried by the time I get home. I tend to avoid broadcasting about art in progress because it takes me so long to finish things.

Bad news is I misplaced the power adapter and USB cable for my scanner after moving to an apartment in May of 2013. Rather than waste time and money hunting down replacements for my exact scanner model, I purchased a new scanner entirely. Good news! I wanted to end on a positive note. :)

I also expanded my army of Prismacolor markers a little bit when carpediemstore.com had a price reduction on individual markers several months ago. It was a deal I could not resist.
