I hate my coworkers so much sometimes. It's like quality control just doesn't exist if I'm not around. Things that were meant to be laminated came out horrribbleee. Like half didn't actually laminate. It looked awful, and no one thought 'hey, this is unacceptable to give to the customer', so they put it in the 'waiting to be picked up' area. This is also one of our frequent customers, who owns a restaurant and gives us a lot of business. What irks me most about that, is we printed the damn posters. It's not hard to hit 'print' on the screen to re-laminate them till they come out right.

Not to say that new customers wouldn't get the same treatment, because I do give them that same treatment (first impressions and all), even if it's just one plain copy. If it came out crooked I'm gonna work hard to make sure it doesn't D:< At times the originals are so fucked up that I just make a new original for them no charge.

Anyways. Yea. QUALITY CONTROL. Super important to me. I know sometimes I miss things, but I try to check stuff over 50000 times before anything else. I still make mistakes sometimes, but I never intentionally leave a horrible job behind, unless it was something completely out of my hands (some paper cannot be laminated, or the original was so messed up that the copies came out bad despite me trying to fix it).

UGH. Work.
