Commisson Terms Of Service Agreement

1. Subject Matter

I Am Willing To Do

All species of anthro and feral
Humans
All body types
Nudity
Sensual couples of all parts of the gender spectrum and sexualities
Gore
Monster Creatures

I Absolutely Will Not Do

Extreme fetishes such as scat/watersports/unbirthing, etc.
Bestiality
Baby Fur of a fetishistic nature
Cub/Child Pornography
Depictions of Rape
Depictions of a violent nature against any race/religion/sexuality and oritentation, etc.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission proposal

Prices are pretty set but I may be willing to negotiate a deal if you are looking to commission more than one piece of art

Provide me with a detailed description of what you would like to have done and include any an all link to references that you would like
If you do not have any reference material please give me an as detailed description as possible.
Make sure you give me your pay-pal email so that I may send you an invoice
Please let me know your first name or FA name so that I can keep better track for me records, and if the email you are contacting with is different than your pay-pal email

4. Payment

Pay-Pal only,USD.

When sending payment please DO NOT select gift
Full payment is to be sent before work has begun.
In the case of paintings you may send half the payment before work has begun, and half at the time of the progress sketch
No work will be begun until full payment had been received
A full refund will be given if work has not been started
If work has begun, a partial refund will be given proportionate to the work that has already been done
If work has been finished and there is something you are not happy with I will do my best to make you happy by editing the art, but I will not be give a full refund

5. Progress And Wait Time

I will not be able to give you a set deadline, but giving me a ball-park time of when you'd like the commission to be finished is negotiable
Please do not pester me about the progress of your commission, an email asking about the progress once a week after I have shown you the progress sketch is acceptable
You will be given one progress sketch (except for sketch commissions themselves) please tell me anything you'd like to be changed with pose, anatomy, marking placement, etc at that time

6. Rights And Reposting

You may repost your commission anywhere you'd choose, so long as you provide me with credit and a link back to my FA and/or art Tumblr or Weasyl
As the artist I retain all rights to the image
You may not claim my work as your own
You may not crop or erase my signature
You may not use my work for profit
