Well, hello there.

I think some people here (very few) might recognize me from FurAffinity or DeviantArt. In both places, I began as WildClawCat and moved to AFireInTheSnow, before finally settling with Crossed-Unversed.

At some point this weekend I'll probably upload older art to fill my gallery. I'm just sad that since the cord to my external hard drive broke, I'm missing the original files of a lot of my old work, so I can only upload what has been uploaded to DA or FA previously.

Despite that setback, there's a bunch of stuff from the last year to upload. Crappy sketches, full works, short stories, whatever I've done since this username became a summation of all that is me. Though stories and poetry have primarily been over on DeviantArt under the username ShatteredScribe, here it will all be under this same name, because holy crap folders and sub-folders.

I won't be uploading anything this weekend because of family stuff, but after that I have winter break and will be able to do uploads :)

I suppose I should also say something about myself, since this is my first time on a new site and all.

My name is Raptor. I am seventeen, turning 18 in March. I'm a junior in high school. I'm genderqueer, with neutral or male pronouns preferred. The same goes for my main fursona, who can change biological sex at will. Normally, Raptor is depicted as androgynous. I'm a bit shy with new people, and really suck at conversations.

Uhm... I like things xD I really don't know what to say. My personality tends to come out through sucky, short conversations and posts like this. At least, I think that's how people on FA figured shit out. I do curse a lot. I can say that much. If I had to give like, a list of favorites, I could say this:

Music: metal and rock, but I'll listen to nearly everything (just not what's super popular among teens these days; I don't like JB, 1D, etc.)

Movies: Hmmm, anything Marvel even if it fucked over the comic version, RENT, Ultraviolet, The Day After Tomorrow, Jurassic Park, The Princess Bride, Pirates of the Caribbean, Transformers, Resident Evil, Pokemon, The Fast and the Furious (all)

Games: Spyro, Kingdom Hearts, Resident Evil, Crash Bandicoot, Parasite Eve, Final Fantasy, Chrono Cross, Mario, Sonic, Smash Brothers, Legend of Zelda, Pokemon, Vampire Hunter D, The Darkness.

TV shows: Supernatural, Primeval, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Doctor Who, Bones, NCIS, CSI, House, Mythbusters, American Chopper, Walking With Dinosaurs, The Future is Wild, How I Met Your Mother, Psych, Dexter, Pokemon.

I'm probably forgetting a ton of things in all those sections, but that's about the best I can do for now. It turns out the family outing I mentioned earlier in the journal (fifteen minutes ago for me; I write journals slowly) is happening tonight! So I have to go and do chores and stuff before disappearing for the next two days. I'll be back Sunday.
