Problem is that the normal Folders are still in the "Submission" Gallery - i would like a Folder for separate stuff i don't want in my main gallery :/

I agree, this would be a very useful feature! I'm working to transition to Weasyl as my primary gallery, but the lack of a conventional Scraps feature is a little disappointing from a presentation/organization standpoint.

So! We now have folder options live! There are a few more tweaks to be made to it (like make it not show in your main gallery) but you can now make submissions put in given folders not send notifications, not show up on your profile page, and not show up on the main page. You can also use this to have a folder of Featured items! The last item, don't show in main gallery, is on the bugfix list. :)

There is no scraps section on Weasyl - but you can make a scraps folder by clicking on "settings" then clicking on "submission folders" (under "Preferences"). Hope that helps!
