I want to get started on a personal project between current and possible up-and-coming holiday commissions, and I'm wanting to expand my fantasy portfolio with subjects I've either never done or rarely have done (my childhood when I drew everything doesn't count). I also did this as a poll on dA, but I dunno how many people will actually respond.

I know there are a ton of other creatures and beasties out there, but this is just a quick list. If you have any other ideas well, throw them all at me if you please.
