Travel safely!

Bring warm clothing for when you leave the hotel!

Bring your ID! Driver's license, passport, military ID, or non-driver's ID.

Wear your badge inside the hotel. Keep it in your pocket or bag when you leave.

Don't forget your hotel room key! (Nothing sucks more than relying on a roommate to be in the room when you get back, only to find they stepped out.)

Be kind to one another. We're here as friends, not trolls.

Respect the hotels and local businesses you travel to. Make them glad to see us return every year!

Enjoy yourself responsibly. It may seem like fun at first to get wasted, but when you're throwing up and feeling like you've been run over by a bus, it's not quite as much fun anymore. And when you find you've thrown up on your phone or in your shoes, it's REALLY not fun anymore... ;P

Special pre-reg badge pick-up hours are tonight (Thursday) from 8-10pm. Registration will also open early at 8:30am on Friday morning for an extra half-hour of pre-reg only badge pick-up. Upgrades will also be allowed during these times.

At-the-door registration will open Friday morning at 9am.

Looking to move to the main hotel? Without pestering, check with the front desk to see if any rooms have opened up at the last minute.

We have lots of great restaurants in the area, but if you don't have a lot of money to eat out every day, be smart and stop at a grocery store on your way to the con. Pick up the essentials like pb&j, cup-o-soup, granola bars, bottled drinks. Don't forget paper towels/napkins, plates, cups, and plastic silverware! We have a few grocery stores located very nearby -- Stop & Shop and Walmart to name a couple. Also, the Walmart now has a full grocery store inside with fresh fruits and veggies too! (Walmart is easier to get to as well since it's a right turn out of the Crowne Plaza parking lot.)

And, finally, we're using a new credit card system this year, but we should be able to accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We should also be able to accept debit cards with these logos on them.
