Well, it's October now. The daylight hours are getting shorter!! Does anyone remember this happening befor? I remember this happening last year too. Why are they still getting shorter this year? I would have thought that they would have fixed this by now! ;-)

It's systemic, poor planning and inadequate execution left the rotation of the planet at an angle to the gravity well. It's been going on so long now that it's just not worth the trouble to fix it..
