I hope you all had fun in the Cup, and are getting ready for what looks to be an exciting third season for the FHL! With that in mind, here are some updates for the near future:

SCALES AND FINS WINS THE ANTHRO CHALLENGE CUP

With a 6-3 victory, Scales and Fins complete their 2-0 series victory over the Ursine Alliance and have hoisted the cup!

Congratulations to the team on a hard fought win, and thanks for everyone for participating in the cup. Throughout the cup we saw stars shine both among the veterans and among the upcoming rookies, and definitely shows that the upcoming season will definitely be an exciting one to watch.

There will be some Awards handed out to players for the Cup as well, and will be posted as a graphic soon.

PLAYER GOAL REACHED!

As of a couple days ago, the league has achieved its goal of reaching 160 players, the minimum required to properly run the planned 3-Line system for this season! To all the people who kept, with us, joined us over the off-season, and who pushed to bring people into the leagues, we give you guys a big THANK YOU!

Also, as per rules, the Recruitment Drive is now completed, and the Winners are:

ROOKIE DRAFT DUE DATE SET

With the player goal having now been reached, the dates for the Rookie Draft have now been set. The Rookie Draft will be occurring Friday September 20th, through Sunday September 22nd, with free agency open there after.

We ask that all teams please note the FHL a draft strategy sheet before the draft, so as to not have to delay your pick if a GM is unavailable at draft time.
