Movin' Out and Movin' Up! by Amber-Aria

Alright, so this is worth mentioning for my watchers and commissioners who would like to know what's going on with me as the new semester approaches.

Me and my boyfriend have got a new place! As much as we love our current apartment, we've found a townhouse that gives us another two floors of space to work with, which is terribly valuable to us with all of our accumulated junk and space-wasting hobbies.

And you know what's the best part? I'm getting a room just for me. I'm getting an art room!. Everything else about the townhouse is awesome, yes, but the idea that I'll have a room JUST for my artwork, where I can keep my easels and supplies out and ready to pick up whenever I have a spare moment, has me excited enough to bounce right out of my chair. I'll be able to work on my traditional media much more reliably, which means you folks would get to see a lot more art from me that I otherwise have not been able to create. I'm also going to have someplace to stick up my awesome Legend of Zelda posters that I've had stowed away for months! It's gonna be awesome! <3

Of course, unfortunately, this means I have to pack up EVERYTHING in our place and clean up EVERYTHING within a span of about five days so we can move out of this apartment and move into the new place on the first of September, which feels far too short a time to pack. x_x And it's so close to the beginning of the semester, I feel like I'm gonna be scrambling to stay on top of everything and lose time that would otherwise be used to work on commissions.

However! I'm not going to let this get me down. My goal is to have all of my remaining commissions finished by the end of September no matter what, so that I can open up a batch of five new slots somewhere in the first or second week of October. I will also be revising my prices again and how some of my art forms are set up, so I'll keep everyone posted as that stuff gets updated.
