I see a lot of other artists use Twitter as an art site and I don't really understand. I see Mastodon to be a slightly better platform for micro-blogging, and putting out quick updates or even sharing WIPS of art, but not the full thing. The quality will get lost upon uploading. I personally do not have either but I have considered making another platform to be more easily reachable but then again, those who would like my art would probably already reach out to me via Weasyl or DA.

If it really comes down to it, I think I would be more comfortable trying out Mastodon even if it's not strictly for art! Thanks for reading.
