I'm no longer allowed a DeviantArt account due to my Ex being on there and it being to tempting for me to check their account, Aside from that the platform is a breeding ground for drama which I'm trying very hard to avoid.
So cross my heart and hope to fly stick a cupcake in my eye I really will be more active on here, I'll do here like I do on my Instagram: One big art dump of all the art of the month at the end of the month with a twist
the twist is unlike Instagram I'll only post my absolute favorites here not every scrap of work

Yeah, for me its mostly to stay away from https://www.deviantart.com/marieangel04 we were pen pals for two years and I only just found out she only saw me as an acquaintance plus her gifts were always scrap clothing from her closet and beads and junk, and candy, she said I was over reacting and said we were done being friends because I agreed with a situation that happended wayyyy back in 2014 oh and she called my husband a stalker and a creep for putting in his opioning on the whole situation her hate and negativity on sam manson from Danny phantom got on my nerves bc it was ALL THE TIME and she calls me fussy bc of it
She doesn't have an account here so I'm safe

In all, most people consider Weasyl too quiet to bother with. So if their goal is popularity, it’s unlikely they’ll be on this site.
This is just a good place to have fun with art. :)

They claim its not anymore but they don't want to leave DA for other art sites so I'm pretty safe here
can you make folders on here and if so how?-
It’s been a long time since I made a folder……let’s see. Up at the top by your icon—go to settings. You’ll see like 4 different groups. Go to the grouping that says “Preferences” and in the selections you’ll see “submission folders” and you should be able to create folders from there, if I remember right.
Honestly, the excuse I hear from people is “they aren’t popular enough here”, meaning they get few comments or favorites, compared to other sites. So they abandon Weasyl for DA or FA. I feel most people who ARE generally active here, and aren’t just submitting via PostyBirb or something, are mostly nice folks.
