So as it turns out, the problems I was having with editing and rendering videos lately wasn't with my software or my computer, but the SD card in my camera. Apparently there was a corrupted sector on the card (it happens sometimes), and running a quick scan-and-fix command on it seems to have solved the problem.

NOW back to the issue I was having before...creativity block. I need more ideas for videos now that i can make them again. XD
