Sorry none for January. Between seasonal depression killing my motivation to do much until its like 7pm, not much places to go or people care to hang out with I’ve mostly just been hanging out online to chat or watch streams or YouTube. I HAVE however been making good progress on the family movie digitizing project. All the VHS tapes are done. All the Betamax tapes are done. All my Hi8 and MiniDV camcorder tapes are done (except one). Been working on getting the Hi8MM projector film digitized and I knew that was going to be a lot more involved to do and do well.

Thanks to :iconmaxlightfoot: , with his nice Olympus camera and much better tuning of light and FPS and focus I have around 20 3.5 minute reels captured. Some to redo now that hes got the settings really dialed in but that’s about half of the whole box of reels to capture. And they look great now that his stuff is dialed in. That may be finished by this weekend. Fingers crossed!

My resume is getting worked on by someone I hired on Fiverr and that has been coming along real well. Slowly because of me having to dig up stuff she needs or had questions on and me rusty on what all I did when last worked in IT… But when it is done it should be pretty good to help me land a job in IT again in the federal government sector. Cause I really need a decent job again and in a career direction I want to go now.

Still working to upload old art and the occasional new piece I get made. Been a nice trip down memory lane and been reconnecting with a handful of those artists I commissioned and chatted with many years ago. Some I haven't as they have left the fandom scene and erased all their tracks. What can you do.

Been playing a lot of Animal Crossing New Horizons having a lot of fun developing and shaping my island. And been visiting :iconlobster: and :iconkitsonfoxfire: ’s islands and visa versa. Getting hooked on the buying turnips and sell for higher amounts with the Stalk Market (hurr) has a spike upward on any of our islands. Like today had a spike of what they were worth on my island which was like 4.3 times more than what you paid for turnips on Lobsters island then… after a lot of buying on his island and selling on mine I went from $550k Bells to having $12.4M bells.
