I may leave tumblr. by Scorpio-Gustavo

I no longer feel welcome there. Instead, I feel anxiety and a wicked cold shoulder... also it's pretty dead.


What will happed to the askblogs? I still enjoy doing them for now, but I feel I need to take a hiatus.(Perhaps end one or two to releif the stress.) Maybe leaving Tumblr will take the weight off my chest.
What about the asks? I'll save the ones in queue and I'll accept new asks in current insert artsite name here. I'll also try to find an alternative to tumblr, somewhere newer and friendlier.


I've spent 5 years there... All things must come to an end... or move on to greener pastures.


For those who followed me on Tumblr: Thank you so much, these 5 years were great.

    Well, Tumblr had recently had controversies involved.

    So, if you want to leave Tumblr, feel free if you wish.

    There are always other things that can succeed where Tumblr does not!

        Also, beats me, to be honest...but I'm sure there's another thing out there, that's a Tumblr alternative that does it better!

    I heard Curiouscat is a thing, haven't really checked it out myself, but from the looks of it, it's similar enough. A more bold alternative would be to register a site, and set up security things, and layouts, but that's up to you. :D

    Tbh, Tumblr, along with Snapchat & Instagram never really held my attention, I just didn't see the appeal for myself I guess. Same with DA actually, hence why I'm here.
