Evictions have been halted for the time being but tenants still must pay rent until said order is lifted, so being I still have a place I call home my commissions are OPEN and you may PM me about making such to help out during these damning times. I cannot be picky about who would ask for what so go ahead and ask if you wish me to perform such as long as you follow the guidelines on prices about them.
