Ok, today is the day this main rule update applues since it's been over a month since I warned about it, so I gave more than enough time for it to send to people.

Rule 8 fused with rule 3. So holds and about no adopt exchanges during hold parts are now one. More stricter rules for this one, sorry to have to bring the steel out.

As for the rule concern, which is #3, which has been updated.

"•3: New buyers only get a day max for a hold. Only regulars get a week max, that's for ppl who buy adopts from me or commission me also. Regulars = supporting me a few times a month, not like 3 times a year. Building that rep up will reward you a week hold from me, which is max. 1 hold per person, not account. Emergencies happen yes, but if you're late on a hold two times in a row, your hold privileges will be taken for a while, for new and regulars, decided to make a limit. I usually remind ppl a day before or on the day. NO adopt switches after holds are made, since ppl have abused this. If you try to pull some loophole BS in order to snag a newer adopt from me, you will have hold privileges taken completely. I will know because if you never go back to that previous adopt ever again, that's a sign you pulled a switch lowkey."
