I just wanted to share another quick update on my back.

My back is definitely improving, though I may have been trying to jump back into activities too quickly
(sitting at my chair for too long + carrying things that are a little too heavy.)

Last night I ordered a gel cushion so that I can put it on my chair when I sit.
I'm hoping by the time it arrives, my back will be in better shape and it will support me much better than my chair does on its own.
(because the fact of the matter is the chair I'm currently using has little to no support -w-)

I'd rather not try and predict when I'll be able to reopen commissions again, so for now, I will stick to doing personal work at my current semi-infrequent rate. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Update:
Hi all! Just a little bit ago I uploaded my first finished digital piece since my back injury.
I think it's safe to say that I'm almost at full recovery!

I'm able to walk and stand with little to no problems, though I've been avoiding carrying stuff that's too heavy and straining to my back.
I'm also able to sit at my chair for longer periods of time!
I'm hoping sometime next week I can resume my regular art activities and also reopen+resume commissions.

Hello again! I just wanted to give a quick update on the status of my lower back injury.

Every passing day things are noticeably improving, though it’s best for me to continue resting to ensure a speedy and full recovery.
I still have my usual energy so I may try to draw personal art in small segments, but commissions will remain on hold for now.
