You know, I honestly really hate taking photos with my phone. It never works out well. Sucky focus. Fingers in the way. Bleg
I always end up waiting until 11am to take pictures of artwork next to a window so that I have a Light that isn't above me. It sucks there's only like 1 hour of good light for picture taking.
But I was taking outside photos. A lot of what I want to take photos of I need way more control of the focus and lighting. Its so hard to do that on a phone.
I can definitely see that. I also am not good at when to hit the button, because I'll find out I've somehow snapped 5 pictures in a row, where all but one is a blur and I could swear I've touched it only once. Darn technology..........in trying to make lives "easier", it's all become so complicated! :<

My worst part is shadows. Like............as my scanner has decided to be non-compliant with my new laptop (the printer function works fine, it won't register the scanner, though), until I can save for something new all art HAS to be taken with a phone. BUT..........BUT I ALWAYS GET SHADOWS IN THE WAY. You want a good light source on artwork, sure, but not when that light source also casts a shadow of your arm, hand and phone on what you're taking a picture of. :<
If I'm taking pictures at a zoo (barring a glass frontispiece), I'm much better with my phone than a camera for some reason though............ XD
