End of the month and end of the year are pretty much around the corner. Sorry for some radio silence journal wise since last post. Been quite a lot going on.

Since the October one, lessee… The medications been on for keeping my moods balanced has been working fantastically. No side effects I notice, no rubber band effects like going depressed to manic, alcohol intake has reduced a fair bit and urge to drink a lot has pretty much disappeared. So no complaints here on that stuff. That has helped me keep on track to keep job and errands and house rolling smoothly.

Business is still slow/stalling, but have a new property in Baltimore MD, a triplex rental plot that should begetting upgrades soon to their kitchens and appliances and bring in solid stable income for the property and business. The two problem properties haven’t sold yet, but the bad tenant in one is not gone and at least can cut off a fair bit of expenses was burning there until its sold.

Had talk with dad while he was here in October, and he said far as my income situation here and options I presented him I could go with here… he said he doesn't want to sell the house or have it be let go from the trust hes got everything of his in. So, means starting the 1^st of January I and the current roommate move to the basement level, and I work to get the upper half ready to rent out after a few repairs. Will be making less here starting January too so I really need to get this stuff rented out ASAP to keep afloat in general. Going from having 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms of stuff down to 2 beds and 1 bath, its tough to be able to keep whatever furniture and items you had in all rooms and 2 kitchens into 2 rooms and 1 kitchen. No options to rent storage either. So having to get creative with what to do with everything in a short time.

Having my last big meet in a couple days for New Years Eve and Day. Been doing meets like this in some flavor and size since 1996 without much a break in between then. Going to miss doing this for the foreseeable future since wont have the space to host 15+ people here all day and night. But gotta do what it takes to survive. Hopefully some year down the road can go back to doing those and have whole house back for me to be able to use.

In other more furry related news I am ecstatic to find an artist who understand what I am wanting for the Synth/Cyber Eric project I want to do, and is wants to help me draw that out and develop the design. So very thankful that drjavi is willing to take on that personal project of mine and make it a reality.

Also after 5 or so years of another project that’s been going on, now has the final chapter/comic done and closing the book on a fun arc in Kendall’s (and Sydney’s) timelines. All handled by omni-aura. I thank you a ton for being willing to do the first comic and it just develop to be quite the series to make.

While yes my finances are very, very tight… I do slot out a certain amount of that each month to have go to commission stuff. If the idea or project needs more than what I allow a month, I have to save it up to try the next month. At least that way I have something fun to spend $ on and keep other important things from falling apart. Its one of the things that helps keep me sane and keep my chin up I guess you could say.

Hope 2019 wasn't too rough for you and that 2020 proves to be fruitful! Will be an interesting and exciting year for me. Wont be boring that's for sure. :P
