At last, The Ceremonial Armor of the Impostor, my second book of poems, has arrived!
It's a kind of verse novel consisting of two sequences of poems that tell thematically intertwined stories. One sequence, inspired in part by The Count of Monte Cristo, chronicles the possibly unwholesome friendship of a young aristocrat and a lion-headed baron who may have ties to his family's past. The other, inspired by the horror anime Curse of the Undead: Yoma among other things, follows a 16th-century mercenary soldier in pursuit of his missing comrade across a malevolent fantasy landscape.
I had a lot of fun writing it. I hope you give reading it a try!
