Heya, gang!

We're already hard at work adding new events/programming, improving every area of the con, and making sure this year's FurFright is the best it can be! Check out some of the new stuff we've got in the works...

-- FurFright Trivia Challenge! Where teams face off to show how smart they is (or not is) and win prizes! The action starts Friday at 7pm! Everyone is welcomed to participate, so make some smart friends (quick)!

-- The IFHL (International Fursuit Hockey League) is coming to FurFright! Teams of fursuiters will face-off for fast-paced hockey action! With teams from Boston, Montreal, and Toronto already on the roster you know these rivalries will be intense! All fursuiters are welcomed to play (just show up and we'll put you on a team)! And if you're not playing, come watch the action and cheer for your favorite team!

-- The Karaoke Club! Come sing "Baby Got Back" with your friends! Sure there are other songs, but why tamper with perfection?!

-- A Costume Ball! Is it a beach ball dressed as Batman? Or a dance where everyone is in costumes/fursuits? Stay tuned!

1) Run a Panel, Class, Discussion Group, or Social @ FurFright!

Conventions rely on talented attendees like you to run panels, classes, discussion groups, and socials. Without you, cons don't have programming and furs just sit quietly in a corner and stare at their shoes. Shoes are fun and all, but programming is a LOT better, so please lend a hand!

We'd love for you to run a panel (or two) at FurFright 2013! Panels/classes/discussion groups can be about any furry or halloween-related topic, or just something that's of general interest to our community. Everything is welcomed! There are no bad ideas (except the bad ones)! ;o)

2) Artists/Writers: Have Your Work Showcased @ FurFright!

Have your work printed/published in/on/around conbooks, t-shirts, badges, con-exclusive merchandise, etc and seen by the horde at this year’s FurFright!

We’re looking for Halloween and War Dogs-themed artwork and writing to be featured in all areas of the convention. We’re going to be selecting many different pieces, so feel free to submit as many designs as you like.

It's a great way to have your work seen by the masses! And if we select your design, you’ll get a shout in the conbook and a nifty gifty!
