What those so callled online friendships get you in the long run by RDK

I made the mistake of ever trusting others in the likes of chatrooms and being dragged into their whirlpool of drama and wasteful lifestyle. Of course back then I was hungry for social attention and being that the internet is pretty much the easiest place for you to talk to just about anybody I let my guard down many times which had cost me dearly.

These types of people at first accept you and let you believe they will be your buddy for a long time, understanding you and nodding their heads on anything you would complain about, offer a shoulder to cry on, someone to confide when you feel like shit just like they had done with some other whiny person who's only objective is seeking attention and for some reason is always being defended by anyone he has tagging along. You want to be like that. To be protected even if it costs your dignity.

Then these types of jerkwards rear their ugly heads and let their true colors show, turning on you and letting you know all along they never were there for you and also point out all that crap others had said about you on your back, judging you, forcing you to smell what they believe is wrong. And they would stand by their bullshit because you were never IMPORTANT to them, never their friend. I would dare say these types of manipulative scum never knew what friendship meant to begin with even.

Simply put, you work hard to get anyone's sympathy online only for them to turn around and point out everything they hate about you when there is an argument and align themselves with the rest of the bullies who had been harassing you and speaking ill of you. You think this is all silly but chances are you may know of others who have been affected by such venomous snakes to the point that they probably even took their own lives. But these cowards could not bother to care because they know you are pretty much nothing but a toy for them to play with in any case.

As for those "online romances" don't even get me started upon. I simply cannot believe what kind of person these people could possibly be in real life to take advantage of others like that. Pretty sad.
